Live coverage of Chelsea's trip to face Everton at Goodison Park, with Kalidou Koulibaly and Raheem Sterling set for their Blues debuts
Welcome to football.london's live coverage of Everton vs Chelsea from Goodison Park.
The Blues head to the North West having made two new signings in Carney Chukwuemeka and Marc Cucurella this week, in addition to Raheem Sterling and Kalidou Koulibaly in the transfer window.
Of course, a familiar face will be in the Everton dugout on Saturday evening, and the fact Frank Lampard coached the Toffees to victory back in May will not have been forgotten by Blues supporters. Richarlison was the difference between the sides on that occasion but has since left for Tottenham, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin out of the clash due to injury.
Thomas Tuchel will be hoping to overcome the Blues' awful record at Goodison Park in recent years. Chelsea have lost their last four matches away to Everton and only won one of their last eight - the squad will be desperate to put that right and get some momentum for the start of the season.

Well, that wasn't pretty but Chelsea have got over the line at Goodison Park, something they have so often failed to do in recent seasons.
Jorginho's first-half penalty proves the difference between the two sides. There is still much work for Thomas Tuchel and his players to do in the week ahead with Tottenham to come at Stamford Bridge next Sunday.
Conor Gallagher introduced for Jorginho.
We've still got a long way to go.
Doctors back in the dugouts. Looks as though it's going to only be a brief stoppage in play.
Think we've got a medical emergency in the Chelsea away section. Policeman even came onto the pitch to try to get the attention of club doctors
Sterling inches away from a debut goal as his effort from a Cucurella cross is deflected just wide
Another double Chelsea change. Broja and Cucurella on. Havertz and Koulibaly off. So...Reece James now moves into right centre-back. He's getting around today.
Cesar Azpilicueta produces an important interception to deny Dele Alli.
Loftus-Cheek and Pulisic on. Chilwell and Mount off.
James goes over to left wing-back.
Everton corner leads to a goalmouth scramble. Mendy eventually plucks the ball out of the air after making a good save.
Long ball forward gets Gray in, but his effort is blocked by Thiago Silva.
Chelsea ahead but need to improve in this second half.
No changes at the interval from Thomas Tuchel.
Chelsea go in one-nil and will be pleased to do so. The Blues still need to find another gear as Everton have been plenty threatening however. Sterling and Koulibaly have both looked promising but it's been a quiet afternoon from Havertz thus far. Tuchel will be sure to demand more in the break.
After Everton do a lot to try and prove distracting, Jorginho keeps his cool and knocks the ball in.
Chilwell is brought down in the box after a very nice pass from Koulibaly,
Still plenty of time for Chelsea to find a goal, but Everton have perhaps looked more likley this evening.
But no goal as Sterling knocks in the rebound from Kante;s shot. Offside this time.
The Toffees keep being thwarted for now however. Some excellent Koulibaly defending keeps them on the halfway line first before Silva manages to get a foot to the ball when Gordon looks set to be sent clear through.
Kante tracks back and cuts out a cross on the six-yard line. Very necessary.
Koulibaly shows off a nice Cruyff turn as he gets a triangle going with Havertz and Jorginho. Very tidy.
The attacker shows strength that belies his size as he sends Chelsea on the break before Iwobi has to take him down from behind.
Sterling surrounded by Everton players as he falls on the ball and the Toffees are awarded a free kick. Safe to say, supporters not his biggest fan.
Chelsea work short from a corner and Mount gets the ball on the edge before having an attempt at goal. Pickford saves.
Holgate comes on for Godfrey
Ben Godfrey puts in a firm tackle on Kai Havertz and the Everton star comes out hurt from it. A lengthy stoppage as the stretcher is brought over for the defender.
Lots of clapping as Everton keep possession but the Blues, in their new away kit, kept them well away from Edouard Mendy's net and eventually earn a throw in.
