Arsenal have released a stunning Jamaica-inspired pre-match shirt in celebration of fans from the country and this weekend’s Notting Hill carnival.
The green, gold, and black strip was launched by first team stars Gabriel Jesus, Emile Smith Rowe and Gabriel Martinelli who were joined by women’s team midfielder Mana Iwabuchi.

The Gunners will wear the jersey ahead of their Premier League clash with Fulham and it will also be showcased across the weekend in London.
Kit makers adidas have teamed up with Arsenal to release a number of gorgeous special edition shirts including last season’s warm-up gear which was inspired by seat patterns on the London Underground.
This one though, is a tribute to ‘those who call both north London and Jamaica home’.
Smith Rowe, who comes from Jamaican heritage, said: “Football is nothing without the fans, and I’m proud to see adidas and my club continuing to support our supporters from all backgrounds – just like we did when we launched our home shirt this year. It’s a stunning shirt and I’m looking forward to wearing it.”
Club legend Ian Wright, who is also of Jamaican heritage, added: “It’s fantastic to see adidas and Arsenal celebrating its rich and diverse fanbase.
“Arsenal is for everyone, and creating initiatives, support and products that resonate with the wide-ranging fanbase is fantastic to see. The fans are going to love it!”
Arsenal have also said that the kit comes as part of their ‘Arsenal Supporting Supporters’ campaign.
It will see £5 from every sale of their 2022/23 home shirt donated to the Arsenal Foundation to support local community projects.
